At Andor Willow, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
